Welcome to mediareklam.se. By ordering, activating, accessing or using the MediaReklam Video E-Commerce System, you agree to these Service Access Terms and Commercial Usage Policy. These terms govern access to the platform, support, hosting, updates and related services offered through mediareklam.se.

In these terms, "we", "us", "our" and "Media Reklam" mean the provider of the MediaReklam Video E-Commerce System operating through mediareklam.se. "You" means the individual, company or legal entity that purchases or uses the service. For questions regarding these terms, contact info@mediareklam.se.

1. Service model

The MediaReklam Video E-Commerce System is offered as a managed service-access platform. You are purchasing the right to access and use the platform during the contracted term. You are not purchasing source code ownership, platform ownership, resale rights or intellectual property ownership in the software.

2. Account and eligibility

To use the service, you must provide accurate business and contact information, including your legal name, business details, phone number and a valid email address. You must be legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Access period and activation

Access is granted for the period selected at the time of order, such as 12 months, 24 months, 36 months or lifetime access where expressly stated in writing. Access begins after payment approval and activation. Once the account is activated, you may use the platform during the contracted access period, subject to these terms.

4. Pricing structure

The pricing shown on the site is based on a prepaid access fee. Any monthly figure displayed, such as 990 sek / month, is a financial comparison only to help explain the equivalent monthly cost of the prepaid plan. It is not a monthly subscription unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. The applicable access fee is paid in full in advance for the selected term.

5. What is included

Depending on the selected plan, your fee may include platform access, installation, hosting, maintenance, updates, operational support, technical support and the built-in commerce and marketing functions listed on the site. The service is promoted as a complete video-commerce system with core built-in tools, reducing dependency on paid third-party plugins for the functions specifically described on mediareklam.se.

6. No source code transfer

The platform code, structure, system logic, design framework, commercial system architecture and any related proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Media Reklam unless a separate written contract states otherwise. You may use the service, but you do not acquire ownership of the platform code or rights to copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute it.

7. Commercial usage policy

You may use the platform commercially for your own store, campaigns and sales operations within the scope of the contracted plan. You may not copy, duplicate, license, resell, mirror, reverse engineer, exploit or commercially redistribute the platform itself, its code base, system structure or any part of the service without prior written authorization from Media Reklam.

8. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for your products, services, customer relationships, taxes, legal compliance, sales content, refund handling, shipping promises, local consumer law compliance, marketing communications and all business activity conducted through your store. Media Reklam provides the platform service environment but is not the merchant of record for your sales unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Payments and taxes

All listed prices on the site include VAT when stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, local fees, transaction obligations or regulatory liabilities related to your own sales, invoicing, customers and business operations. If payment is not completed successfully, Media Reklam may delay activation, suspend access or cancel the order.

10. Refund policy

The service access fee is generally non-refundable after activation. Refund requests may be considered only when cancellation is requested within the first 3 days of use and the case qualifies under platform review. If you stop using the platform after activation, including after 30 days, 3 months or any other point within the contracted term, this does not create a right to partial, proportional or remaining-term reimbursement.

11. Support and continuity

Media Reklam may maintain, secure, improve, update, optimize or modify the platform as part of normal service continuity. These actions may include design adjustments, performance improvements, security hardening, feature refinements and operational maintenance. We may also approve, restrict or control active accounts where account governance or service security requires it.

12. Third-party services

The platform may integrate with third-party payment, shipping, messaging, domain, analytics or marketing services. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms. Media Reklam is not responsible for the policies, outages, changes or liabilities of external providers.

13. Content and materials

You retain responsibility for the content, images, videos, product data, texts, trademarks and marketing material that you upload or publish through the service. You grant Media Reklam the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up and operate such materials in order to provide the service.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay, create legal or security risk, abuse support, engage in fraud, publish unlawful content or attempt unauthorized technical access. Upon termination or expiration, access to the platform may be removed and the hosted store may be taken offline, subject to any transition terms agreed in writing.

15. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Media Reklam is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform, business interruption, third-party failures, customer disputes, content errors, delivery issues or downtime beyond our reasonable control.

16. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, pricing, service or platform changes. The latest version published by Media Reklam for the MediaReklam Video E-Commerce System will apply from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
